Jones New York Ladies wristwatch

I received this as a gift probably 20 years ago. It didn’t fit me and has been in the box ever since. It’s gorgeous! Water resistant stainless steel back. Model number is 70171. I am guessing it’s a 7 inch band. See measurement in photo.
