@connierc1 Thank you for your interest I just posted more photographs, that include measurements. The top does have slits at the sides,and measurements were taken flat on a table.The waist area as I see sits at 23 1/4.I also included an extra photo(last one )of the bottom of blouse,which sits at 25 1/4.
