Jones New York Black Dress NWOT

This gorgeous Jones New York dress is NWOt, never worn. Black with a cream color bunched sash under bust line. Flutter sleeves with attached by snap spaghetti strap to hold the sleeves up, or allows to be worn down on shoulders. Hidden zipper on one side. Dress has some weight to it, great quality. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Pit to pit approx 18" Under bust sash area 15" Length approx. 42"
