It's a sleeveless, deep v-neck dress with an Empire waist ~ accented in front by a 2" band of ivory crochet and rhinestones and tiny seed pearls on the crocheted decoration in the center (directly below the bust). The top layer of fabric is a sheer chiffon ~ fully lined in a slinky black fabric. The skirt has vertical bands of BLACK and IVORY polka dots, a squiggle design, and floral. BLACK background with IVORY design. There's no fabric tag, but the outer layer is a very sheer chiffon, and fully lined with a stretchy black fabric.
