I love this gorgeous navy blue cutout mini dress from Jonathan Simkai. Has full, puffed sleeves with side cutouts in the bodice, and a full skirt. Fully lined with a hidden back zipper and side pockets (these pockets are still sewn closed on this dress & have not been used). Size 2. In excellent preowned condition with no visible flaws.
