Beautiful, fluttery, bright electric blue chiffon sleeveless dress with a black satin inlay and straps as well as black sequin waistband. Self ties in the back and has elastic gathering in back for added stretch in the bust area. It says size 10 but would probably feel a bit snug on someone that size unless they had a small waist. I'd say that it could fit a person sized 6 - 8, 10 depending on your proportions.
