Turtle Bay a Division of Jonathan Logan Vintage belted dress. Size: Size tag is missing please see picture for measurements. This is definitely an Extra Small even a junior size. Belt is approximately 33” long Mustard yellow ripped top and deep maroon red flowy skirt. This mini dress looks like a vintage cheerleading outfit. Zipper back. Skirt is fully lined to protect from the itchy fabric. Dress is in really good condition, a few little flaws a tiny stain, and belt is a bit worn there is also a snag on skirt, but no holes.
