Jolt Blue Striped Distressed Shorts

New size 7 juniors, I'm a size 1 so it's big on me but I feel like they maybe run a little smaller than 7. I’m not sure though so here are the measurements... The waistband is 16" across (32" around) Leg is 22.5" around. And they have a nice stretch. 8.5" rise.
