Jolie Moi Dress

I am so sad to say goodbye to this dress! It has a unique vintage print that I've never seen anywhere else! The skirt is tiered and has an elastic waist. Please note, the dress is pretty sheer and the lining is netting. The tag says it is 100% cotton, but to me it feels more like nylon. Please see the pictures for approximate measurements.
