Jolene prom/elegant short dress! NWT!

This is a two piece jolene prom dress/elegant dress! It’s navy blue with black swirl patterns on it and along the collar and waistband of the skirt there are black and blue jewels as well. I’m 5’4 and the dress comes to about a credit card length maybe a smidge more above the knee. This dress is never worn I bought it for a banquet but never ended up going. Always open to offers!
