Jojo Siwa Inspired Dress Costume

Jojo Siwa inspired dress worn one time by my daughter for a concert. Handmade and purchased from Etsy. Beautiful wide ribbon straps that criss cross along the back and can be tied into a bow to easily adjust sizing. Elastic band around chest and back for a comfy fit. Lots of tulle to make it extra fluffy and fun. There is a light pink silky material liner underneath the tulle. This doesn’t really have a size but my daughter was 9 when she wore it. Dress length 30”. Chest 24” as per the lady who made it for me.
