Joie navy 100% washed silk surplice back top

Beautiful navy blouse by Joie with dolman sleeve and surplice style back. Back also has a hidden snap to keep it closed. 100% silk. Top is in great condition except for a small portion of the back hem which has started to come undone, as shown in the last pic. Easy fix for a seamstress, but reduced in price to reflect this.
