Joie cotton embroidered lace skirt

Skirt shell and exterior are both 100% cotton with panels of embroidery and lace all the way down. There is a small mark on the front (shown in 5th picture) I haven't tried to get it out so it could come out just not sure. Small loose or broken threads here and there but can also be fixed (Ex. In 6th pic). Side inset zipper with hook and eye closure. Fits like a 2/4
