Joie Smocked Blouse

Floral shimmer blouse with a smocked waist from Joie size medium. Good used condition. There is moderate general wear on the material but no visible flaws. The fabric is sheer with a shimmer to it. The body of the blouse is lined, but the sleeves are not. Ruffled neck. Approximately: 22" pit to pit 23" length
