This is a gorgeous Johnny Was hundred percent silk tunic top/short dress. I actually have worn it as both. It buttons all the way down the front so it could actually be worn as a light jacket. There is whip stitching at the hem and down the placket. It measures approximately 21 inches bit to pit and 36 inches in length.
