This is an exquisite Johnny Was silk dress. It is cobalt blue.(the pictures do not do the color justice.) there are butterflies all over this dress in turquoise and other colors and it has a cute little flounce on the bottom. It buttons all the way from neck to hem. It measures approximately 22 inches pit to pit and 37 inches long.
