Johnny Was Workshop dress sz

Wine colored, floral pattered, long-sleeve Johnny Was dress with velvet embroidered bodice and sleeve trim. It’s an xs but it it runs large. Over the head design with tassel ties. Tags say to dry clean but I have washed it since I’ve bought it, basically hoping to shrink it. Ruffle bottom, great condition with some wear on the tassel tie as shown in photo.
