aimeemama1 @msmjbest it is 21 inches from pit to pit with the buttons buttoned up. Or, you can wear it open and tied at the top as a over shirt. I took pictures of it being held up to the light so you can see how thin and beautiful the fabric is, like everything Johnny Was makes with hand sewn embroidery. It feels like a cotton silk mix or light linen.
