Johnny Was Rayon & Silk Dress Sz Small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @brandi_andrea BEAUTIFUL SILK VELVET!. Loved it, but it is really to small for me Johnny Was usually runs large but not this one! i m 38/30/39 and cannot get in to it - I looked over carefully- no flaws stains or tears! lovely empire waist ( tiny) but very full at the bottom PIT TO PIT is 18 BUT under the bustline is ONLY 15 inches
