is this oversized? what is the bust measurement?

@faby2kcloset hi! Yes it’s oversized. I usually wear a medium and this has a slightly boxy, not fitted cut. It measures 22” across laying flat about an inch below the armpit. Since it’s silk, it has a nice drape and doesn’t actually look wide or boxy on.
