Very feminine Victorian-style black eyelet vest/weskit by Johnny Was. Lightweight drapey fabric. Fitted body. Small buttons down front. Measurements in photos No care or fiber tags. Fabric is rayon and maybe some rayon/cotton areas. Best guess is dry clean, or hand wash cool, no dryer. Excellent used condition, only worn a couple times.
