I would say these would be equivalent to a 26. They were my daughter’s, and I’m pretty sure that was her size when she wore them. I can take measurements of waist and hips and get back to you.

The waist measures 24”, plus some stretch. The hips are about 36” at widest. Most J Galt fit similar. I’d say similar to a 0-2 in other brands.
