John Field Full Seat Blue Breeches

I can’t figure out how to convert the sizes, I hope someone that wears these knows how. I will say they appear to be juniors or XS woman’s, but please see measurements. These are almost new. There is no wear to the leather and the Velcro is very clean. They are a grey blue color with red piping around the leg cuffs. 14” across the waist 11” rise 28” inseam 5.25” leg opening laid flat
