@lrlorley it's 27“ tall and 11" wide, it's made of metal and I'm sure I used a candle in it at least once but mostly it's just been in storage and out on display in my house during Halloween, there are no dents or scratches. And no candle(s) are not included.

@lrlorley when in storage it is placed on its side so there are scuffs on it, but I'm sure you can dust them off or buff them out. I will post more pics up close so you can be sure of what you're buying
