Beautiful Johann Seltmann Vohenstrauss Hand Painted Bird Trivet. Made in Western Germany in the 1950's, this porcelain trivet is gorgeous with its colorful two bird design sitting on a flowering branches. It is signed by the artist on the bottom Louise Crawford and is marked on the back "Bavaria, Vohenstrauss, Johann Seltmann, Made in Western Germany. This trivet measures 6" in diameter and is in good pre-owned condition free of any chips or cracks. Shows very minimal wear from age and use. Please see all pictures for condition. A gorgeous trivet that would look beautiful on display in any kitchen and match well with a farmhouse, boho or cottagecore décor. Vintage and antique items have been loved and used by the previous owner so please expect for there to be some imperfections. If there are any major imperfections such as age cracks, rust, chips, etc I will do my best to list them.
