elh111 @peacewithautism Sure! I still get close to 10" hanging, but laying flat with the fabric more lax, it's more like 9.5. Just added a pic for you to see with the measuring tape!

elh111 @peacewithautism The cuffs are sewn at the seams, so cannot open. They seem to be just tacked with a few stitches rather than sewn all the way down, so if you wanted to open them up I think you could do it without much trouble. Any other questions, just let me know!
