Joe's Jeans Black top with Velvet Sleeves and Trim

One of a kind. From a few years ago this was in their collection for women's wear. It's supposed to fit baggy so it's a small but loose. Gorgeous Velvet trim around neckline and sleeves. Must be handwashed or dry cleaned. The shirt is Rayon. Only worn once. It is a bit sheer so you would have to wear a black bra underneath. Retailed for $82.
