The fabric is very soft and comfortable to wear. I only wore these a handful of times. I never put my jeans in the dryer. Always wash them on a cold, gentle cycle and hang dry them. These are like brand new. Color is a dark black. I know some of the photos make the color look lighter, but these jeans are a dark black. Joe's Icon are a classic style.
