Joe Sam Artisan Walking Cat Play Hand Painted Pin Brooch A fantastic and colorful walking cat pin by African American mixed media urban artist Joe Sam! Joe Sam is from Harlem, NY and he created limited numbers of these mixed media pins. The pin has a black plastic base with hand painted details, wire whiskers and applied paper piece that reads "play". This is the only walking cat I have seen and his animal pins are rather rare.
