Joe Rocket Phoenix Ion Jacket 4XL Mesh Black Motorcycle Riding Jacket Padded This jacket looks to be new without tags (you can see the string from the tag hanging from the sleeve), but it is being sold as used. It does not have the inner lining, but all off the pads are there. The only other thing of note is that the snap by the collar is missing the male end on the coat (see last photo). The coat does come with a replacement snap kit. Measurements are shown in the photos. Please review them before purchasing. Let me know if you have any questions.
