@tyrantdragon000 No Liner…however they are very water repellent. You could add a waterproofed spray, like for boots/fabric. Just a thought.

@tyrantdragon000 Most motorcyclists just get aftermarket rain pants from Nelson-Rigg, Frog Toggs, or something similar. So they can use the rain pants for other things too.
