Joe Fresh for JC Penney drop-waist dress -- This comfy dress is a burgundy/wine/maroon type color with pink polka dots. The style was called "Cute As A Button" for the brass and enamel buttons along the shoulders. The fabric is 100% cotton. The size is 6-7 years or Euro 122. It's in excellent condition with no damage. These were great dresses for school!
