m_bernal I'm a size 8, would this fit me? How long is it? I'm 5'3" and want to make sure it's not too short on me, hopefully it's a little above the knee and not up to my butt. I'm VERY interested!

m_bernal I saw the measurements but 15 inches seemed ridiculously short. Are you sure it's really 15 inches?? When you tried it on did it sit low on your waist or did it come down to your knee when it was worn high waisted?
