This has a Wednesday Adams kind of vibe too it. black lace skirt. has elastic around the waist which is in still great shape. the measurement for the waist is unstretched. there is a little more wiggle room. the length is the smaller number where the skirt stops in the front. the other length is for the back. love how the lace Criss crosses in the front. there is a black underlining material so nothing shows through the lace. I checked the hemline and surprisingly found it to be in great shape also on the back. found no issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. measurements are laying flat with no stretch.
