this is a skirt by JoeBenbasset it is made from polyester with spandex it has a nice stretch waistband that has a nice design on it you can wear it a little off to the side or right in the center it's really cute and then it just free flows and it's this wide A line skirt lightweight and free flowy really pretty it's a size medium it's brown in color with white small polka dots the waistband Gathers with a band around it and you could put it a little off to the side or you can wear right in the center the measurements are lying flat the waist is 13 and it stretches to about 16 in the length of the skirt is 20 in and the width is a good 45 to 50 and that's how in that short distance it stretches out it's very natural free flowing beautiful skirt excellent condition!
