Joe Benbasset High-Low Skirt

This is a really cute black and white polka-dotted high-low skirt. This low portion is lightly pleated and somewhat see-through as it floats around your legs. The high part has a short black mini that the dotted fabric covers. It is a size medium and is like new. It is 100% polyester and is hand washable.
