This beautiful vintage skirt is part of a collection from Joe Benbasset. It is a stunning flowing flare skirt with a floral lace accent. It is black stretch fabric with a black ribbon decorative tie in the front. It is about 23" in length from the hemline to waistline with an elastic waistband. Skirt has been professionally cleaned.
