chez313 I laid the skirt down and measured waist. It was 20 inches ( 40 inches both sides ) across. The waist band is elastic and has some stretch. The measurement from waistband to bottom is 27 1/2 inches. I measured same way. laid skirt on table and measured from waist to bottom. Let me know if you need anything else :)
