Jinlehuifushi Puffer Jacket Zip Up Coat

Cute jacket with tags, but tag is in bad shape. Not worn. The zippers on the pocket are functional, but really for cosmetic as there's no pocket behind them. The two pockets are just above the zippers and open style. Can't find any info on the brand. Please let me know if you have any questions.
