Jimmy Neutron Halloween Costume DIY

PLEASE NOTE SHIRT IS WITHOUT THE LOGO. Yellow part was felt that I used double sided tape to stick on and then it came off in the wash. Listing is for red shirt and wig. Worn once for a party. Please note wig is a red trolls wig that I dyed brown. You can see bits of red in high lighting but it was dark at the party so I left it. Sold as is.
