Hey I have these and just some info I found out from Choo customer service...the "scuffs" that won't come off are actually color transfer into the leather, like nothing can be done! I was shocked I had no idea that color transfer could happen to patent leather! Anyways I still rock mine and you can't tell so any ladies looking at these the transfer isn't noticeable and they are still a really pretty shoe!!! 🤗🤗
