the people that are authenticating the Jimmy choo bag are still holding bag if this continues I will cancel this order by contacting my bank. so please can you contact them. one of the problems they indicated is that you did not include the authenticity card. like you indicated was included

That's really strange. I boxed it up myself. I included the card. I even included the receipt showing, when and where I purchsed it and the original purchase price. I'm sorry this is happening. I just got a message from Poshmark saying "authentican complete." I'm hoping that means they found the card. I had put it, and the receipt inside the bag. Have gotten an update from them?
