critchke @blondeposh88 would definitely fit a 10 comfortably, dependent on your feet width/shape of course, and what you deem as comfortable. My best opinion based on experience and trying them on myself. I find they usually run a half size larger. Wouldn’t consider them a 9.5 fit- would still be too loose, but with the addition of padding to heel and ball areas could make it easily work. Hope this helps! They’re absolutely gorgeous.
