Jill Stuart B/W cut-out 1 shoulder dress, size 0

Very pretty formal dress. Worn once. It was hemmed to graze the ground- I'm 5'3 and planned on wearing 4-inch heels. Shoulder-floor is 60in Bust is 14in Waste is 28in- but there’s flexibility here just depending on where you want to cutout to fall! Minor scuffs along the hem that would probably come out pretty easily! I love this dress and have been hoping for an occasion to wear it but it’s time to switch it up.
