This blouse is more stunning in person! This pearl and rhinestone collar is like a jeweled necklace built in! Two eye hooks and one snap closure ( snap is a bit loose), but functional Fabric is polyester, but I took it to the dry cleaners, but you could hand wash it and line dry.
