Links look like radiating suns to me, or perhaps eggs. :) This is a large, heavy statement set guaranteed to draw attention! Is this sterling silver?

@pmartin52 it is not stamped as sterling silver. It had severe tarnish when I got it, but polished right up with a silver polishing cloth, so I believe it to be silver plated with a gold-tone overlay in the centers.
