This gift wrap holder is the perfect size for jewelers wrapping paper (typically 8-10” wide) Sits conveniently on the table top or near your wrapping station and makes cutting the perfect size paper without needing scissors. It has a hinged metal “door” on one side that opens and closes to to access/exchange the roll. There is some rust/worn marks on the metal but it does not effect the way the cutter works. **please note the red roll of paper shown in photos is only for display so you can see how it loads and the size sheet it fits.
