Jeweled Sleeve Mini

Cute black mini dress or tunic with dark silver toned jewels on the sleeve. This would be a great mini for a girl average or shorter in height, or a tunic over leggings for an average to tall girl. I was going to have it hemmed to be top to wear with boyfriend jeans and pumps, but its too tight😩. Looser style is flattering, not overwhelmingly big.
