Jeweled Collar Black Long Sleeve Cuffed Mini Dress

Such a fun flirty retro looking dress. Labeled as a size L but listed as M based on fit. I typically wear a Small and am 5’6” and the fit was great on me as it is a short dress. Would fit someone M/L if shorter or S if around that height (or shorter) because of the short flirty length. Top has a beautifully jeweled collar in white with black and blue jewels. Sleeves are long and cuffed/ buttoned in white also. Fabric is flowy chiffon with a flowy and comfortable black lining. Can be worn as a tunic or dress. Worn twice in excellent condition.
