Jewel toned peacock cocktail dress

Beautiful unique peacock inspired jewel toned blue, green and gold strapless short cocktail dress. Blue sash at waist that ties in the back. This dress is short but the skirt flairs as it’s cut A-line and has a petty coat-tulle attached. It is cinched right above the waist and below the bust and it ties in the back allowing for an adjustment on the size and fit. Could easily be used for a prom or a more formal event as well or just a night on the town. Its lose on hips and stomach but form fitting at the bust and back.
